I know, three weeks out seems like quite a ways away for you guys, but we're already mentally there! We're smack in the middle of our preparations and ready to serve.

Whew! We survived the Christmas madness, enjoyed our four days off and are now preparing for the next onslaught: Valentine's Day. Six weeks! That's not a lot of time! Don't forget to pre-order--it's not too early!
